Few things make a difference as much as Acknowledgments do.

You make peoples day, week, month is when you acknowledge them for who they have been, and done that has benefited you, your family, your friends, your co-workers, your company, your organization, your state or your government.

What most folk do is honor you for what you have done but, what about acknowledging the qualities of Being that this person expressed that made such a difference in what they did and accomplished? This is what has been missing. This realm of Being is the spiritual aspect that needs to be acknowledged most as it provides the context for the doings; the deeds done, the results.
