Acknowledgment Events

Imagine, you work hard for a company or organization.

You have been loyal to them though you’ve had other offers. You served the companies clients solidly and were a stand up fellow. The company prospers in part due to the difference you make. You have great relations with your fellow employees but still, other than the laid out raises in pay that came regularly, you have received no real acknowledgment other than in money. Is that all that matters to some people? Money?

What will make sure your employee stays around and continues their excellent work is… Do They Receive the Acknowledgment They Deserve, at work? Or, are they rather ‘taken for granted’?

If they are feeling taken for granted, like they will always be here. If they’re not being honored, their not feeling appreciated either. You are creating a dis-satisfied employee. People can have that honorable aspect and, it can arise where once it wasn’t. Honor your employees and watch their self respect climb. Watch their loyalty grow. Watch their productivity expand. Happiness in the workplace makes for a growing business.
